This vessel is a novel concept hybrid dual axle Trailer and combined Vehicle Barge. It is designed to be towed by a vehicle to a ramp then launched. With the deployment of four large air bags then able to transit waterways with the vehicle secured on board.

- Electric winch pulls up car and floor guides help keep it straight.

- Electric winch lowers and raises ramp.
Can be utilised as utility barge for flooded areas to rescue people and supply food – fuel – medical assistance – animal feed etc.
